Ideal for all Juniors (8 - 21 years old) who are wanting to play competitive badminton in the 2024 session. Coaches Rhys & Natesh will be taking full day training sessions - learning aspects include footwork, fitness, technique, tactics, strengthening & conditioning etc.

Please bring food (morning tea, lunch, drink bottle), badminton gear, extra T-Shirts encouraged.

All days are 9am - 3pm.
