Ideal for all Juniors (11 - 21 years old) who are wanting to play competitive badminton in the 2025 session. Coaches Winson and Sam will be taking full day training sessions - learning aspects include footwork, fitness, technique, tactics, strengthening & conditioning etc.

Please bring food (morning tea, lunch, drink bottle), badminton gear, extra T-Shirts encouraged.

Players should be either already playing representative Badminton or be in the Shuttle Time Gold programme.

All days are 9am - 3pm.
